Measure/Template

We measure and field survey your project using a sophisticated laser templating system. This process provides us with extremely accurate raw data which is then converted into a production drawing utilizing AutoCAD. The digital drawing is converted into a PDF which is emailed for your approval. The digital drawing is processed through our Allen Datagraph plotter to produce a full scale see-through mylar template of your job. These methods allow us to manufacture your job to extremely tight tolerances for an aesthetically pleasing finished project.

Fabrication

The templates created for your project are laid directly on your slabs, and are used to align our laser-guided saw for an accurate cut. Once the pieces of your project are cut to size, the edges are then finished by skilled craftsmen primarily using hand tools. The laser-guided saw gives us enviable accuracy, while the hand finishing adds the human touch needed to produce a truly unique project.

Installation

Our install crews are courteous and skilled, and take great care to ensure that your job site or home is spotless when we finish the installation. Your floors will be covered for protection during the installation process, and cleaned again before we leave. Your new countertops will be wiped down and ready for use. Our team will go over a Quality Control Checklist so that everything meets your expectations.
